Dor Aura Events is an event planning and decoration company founded by Oyindamola Babafemi in 2015, based in Ontario, Canada. We believe life is precious and those special moments within them are worth celebrating with no hassle. Working with us means your event is designed as you want it and more. We lift the planning fatigue off you so you can enjoy your big day with your guests.

Meet Oyindamola Babafemi

Oyindamola’s love for all things events stemmed from helping her GrandMa put things in place for her regular house painting and decoration at a young age. Although it was a strenuous process, she enjoyed every bit of deciding the look and feel of the house.

Growing up, with an eye for interior design coupled with her strong skills in planning and organization, event design and planning felt natural.

The Nigerian-Canadian started in the event industry as FOA events in 2015 (now Dor Aura) where she collaborated with top event designers to create exceptional experiences for couples while building on her experience.

When she’s not creating a design mood board or checklist for her clients, you can find her volunteering for non-profit organizations/ local community projects or binge-watching the latest horror movies on Netflix.
